Sometimes we get stuck in a rut with our old thinking and behavioural patterns. In order to help us to apply a different, more positive attitude to our tasks it can be an advantage to remind ourselves of our various qualities and capabilities which we might have forgotten about.

This is an experiential workshop that is run in a small confidential group where you will practice listening to yourselves and rediscovering your own forgotten qualities and strong helpful traits. You will be invited to talk, share and fully participate.

Please prepare pencils and paper in advance to use during the session.

During the COVID-19 situation, all University Counselling Service workshops will be held remotely, online via Zoom.us until further notice.

In order to for students to join the workshops, you will need to either download Zoom (https://zoom.us/download) or install the app on your mobile phone or tablet (search for Zoom US).
