This series of four sessions will help you to understand how to express your needs, preferences and feelings in a way that enables you to respect yourself and others. You will also have the opportunity to try out some practical skills of assertiveness, which can be used in everyday situations.

If you are already in individual counselling, speak with your counsellor. A pre-group exploratory meeting with the group counsellor will then be arranged for you.
This group is held in person in the Student Services Centre, on the 3rd floor.
