Time Well Spent

An opportunity to think about how to get time to work for you.

To identify the main difficulties that people experience and link them to possible emotional components.  How our fears get in the way and how behaviours such as procrastination and perfectionism can influence effective time management.

This is an interactive workshop, where people are invited to understand their own particular difficulties, to find out about useful strategies and think about how to put these and some new tools into practice.

During the COVID-19 situation, all University Counselling Service workshops will be held remotely, online via Zoom.us until further notice.

In order to for students to join the workshops, you will need to either download Zoom (https://zoom.us/download) or install the app on your mobile phone or tablet (search for Zoom US).
