Managing Your Mood

Have you been feeling low in mood, low in energy and less interested in things than usual?

Have you suffered from a recurrence of depression?

This cognitive behavioural group will help you learn to cope better with low mood and begin to overcome it by:

  • helping you to activate yourself
  • enabling you to overcome obstacles and solve problems
  • supporting you by learning strategies to challenge destructive and distorted thinking and depressive rumination
