Managing Low Mood

Have you been feeling low in mood, low in energy and less interested in things than usual?

Have you suffered from a recurrence of depression?

This group will help you learn to cope better with low mood and begin to overcome it by using an approach called Behavioural Activation. It will help you:

-          Understand the links between behaviours and your mood.

-          Engage more in activities that are meaningful to you and that will help you feel better.

To join this group phone (3)32865 or email counsellingreception@admin.cam.ac.uk.  If you are already in individual counselling, speak with your counsellor. A pre-group exploratory meeting with the group counsellor will then be arranged for you.
