These are all common responses to stress. This practical workshop aims to help you understand more about your own stress response, your triggers and give you strategies and techniques to manage how you feel.   

The aim is for you to leave the workshop with a clearer idea of how stress affects you individually and a personalised Wellbeing Plan of how to manage this.
