Understanding and Managing Panic Attacks (CBT)

Do you experience panic attacks of intense fear or terror which can come 'out of the blue'?

During your panic attacks are you convinced that something awful is happening or about to happen, such as fainting, going crazy, having a heart attack, vomiting, making a fool of yourself or losing control? (Please note that anxiety attacks differ from panic attacks and do not involve the same fears).

This workshop will help you to understand what drives the panic attacks, develop ways of managing them, and introduce you to one particular cognitive behavioural self-help resource.
